I assume you're referencing the possibility of the door swinging into it? Luckily, doorstops work great at doing just that, & the door can't swing far enough to actually touch it... ;)

I dunno, I don't see a doorstop as a guarantee. You should see the one at the office. One good push on the door crushed it and now the door hits the wall. I wouldn't take any chances with stuff like that. *shrug*
