Depends on the thread. And if I reveal your post once, the next time I check on that thread I'll know what is in the post. Also, if I don't reveal a post but see that people are responding to something you said, then I will know there is probably something more than a gif or a random quip behind your last post and I go back and reveal it.

It is actually kind of easy to anticipate the sort of thing you are likely to post at any given point in a topic.
