Was never big into the Resident Evil games actually, I did rather like 4 and 5 was a lot of fun too... though it was a bit clunky and had too many annoying awkward quick time button tapping moments.

However, I think Left 4 Dead is a near perfect zombie game on many levels, and Dead Rising has a good deal of popularity, so while it doesn't float my boat, I am not sure it really sucks. The zombie add-on for Borderlands was pretty good, and I hear the zombie add-on for Red Dead Redemption was fantastic, but I've never played it. I also have really high hopes for Dead Island, but am expecting to be disappointed. Time Splitter 2 had a really fun zombie level and I think it came out after RE4, but I am not sure.
