In my case, no, thanks. I've never seen an added scene in the original trilogy that did anything but mess up the pacing for me. Guess I'm forever locked in the mindset of the original theatrical runs. In fact, the Blu-ray set has absolutely nothing to offer to me.

 

You and me both, buddy. This'll be exactly like the DVD set with me; I'll want the extras, but can't justify the purchase as I'd never watch these versions of the films. I'm mostly wondering what can of messing they'll do this time.

I might consider the prequel set down the road, as I'm not as purist on those, but I doubt I'll get the classic set myself. Shame too, since I should be frothing at the mouth for these. They're just not going to have the films I love.
