It was mostly a going away post, however i should have worded it better. As for using the internet on a PSP, have you ever tried typing something? it's torture! this post alone took about 3 or so minutes...

My computer got one of those "Rogue Antivirus" viruses, so I'm using my laptop until I'm positive the virus is gone.
I friggin hate this virus, but at least no damage is done until you give them credit card information. I don't have a credit card, or money for that matter, so they couldn't get me, ha ha ha. It wouldn't let me open any programs like AVG, so I just switched to safe mode, and ran AVG scan, and now I'm hitting it with Malwarebytes.
It beats the shit out of the nasty virus I got the year before last. That virus forced me to reformat. I doubt I could handle that virus with all the knowledge I've gained since. That virus was vicious, and I've done everything I can to prevent another one like it.

Those Rogue AV usually only install in the profile of the person who got it. If you log in as another user you can scan and get rid of it as much (I run under a regular user account normally, then have a seperate Admin account for that reason). Safe mode should do it too.
Worst case scenario, you can move all of your files to another folder, then wipe your profile and recreate it. You don't have to reformat.

I got that on my emulated Windows on my Mac once. Really annoying. I read that a lot of people don't mind paying the $29.99 to get there computer back, so they just do it. Yay! Way to support the assholes who do shit like that! Fortunately, being emulated, I just loaded up an older save state prior to getting the virus. But I did play around with it a bit first, that thing was brutal. I usually have no problem getting rid of viruses, that thing tied my hands in ever possible way I could think of.
I'm the opposite, I don't know the originals of his old songs for the most part.

weird. fortunately, I have not gotten one of these things yet. What exactly does this rogue antivirus do?
It says you have viruses, and wants you to pay to get rid of them. It's not a virus in itself, technically, it just throws up false positives and is kind of hard to get rid of it.
We've been getting them a lot here at work, the problem is that it installs stuff in the person's profile, not on the Windows part, so you don't have to be an admin on the machine to get it in there. But because of that, you can get rid of it by wiping the profile.

A couple weeks ago Peter Jackson's The Hobbit began filming in New Zealand.
Today, Joss Whedon's The Avengers started shooting as well, and apparently they'll be filming in Cleveland, a mere two-hour drive from yours truly.
Life is good, and I couldn't be happier!
