^ The Greatest PT-related thing EVER!

This cartoon rocked rocks in a spaceship made out of... freakin'.... rocks, dude!

I don't think I've seen every episode but from what I can remember it seemed too over the top and unbelievable to me.

*Puts down bong*

Duh.

It's a cartoon

I enjoyed it, all except for the fact that each episode was 30 secs long!

They were originally just going to be commercials but GL changed his mind (go figure) and made it a actual show with a more in depth storyline.

I do know what you're saying and that why I love just throwing in the DVD and playing all of them at once. It's actually pretty seamless.

If you want a Myspleen invite, just PM me and ask.

i thought about getting them on DVD, but decided against it. It was a good cartoon series, but it was kinda corny also.

I remember watching them all at once every friday night on cartoon Network. Only thing is, they had to do a comercial every one to two episodes and you have to sit through the crappy opening title.

It's has it's ups and downs.  A lot of the story arcs stand on their own pretty well so it's pretty easy to jump into at any point really.  Highly reccomend the episodes with Cad Bane.  That dudes a pimp.  If only they'd have given Boba Fett that much cool shit to do.

Yea, really, u can jump in at anytime and not have really missed anything. Cad Bane is a pimp! One of the best bounty hunters. I wished they showed more of Aurra Sing.

I didn't realize that was her in Episode one during the pod race.

I don't watch it regularly*, but I do think it's better than the prequels.  I even like the Jar Jar episodes.

(* I watch it once a year when it comes to Blu-ray)

Since they're like poetry, what with the rhyming and all, I find that I only need to watch three out of the six films.

The DVD's have some uncenored/deleted scenes not seen in the series. Not under special features. Kinda cool. I really think they need to make more episodes that are focused on the clone troops.

I gave up on this show (the new one) after 3 or 4 episodes and everyonce in a while someone here almost convinces me to take it up again.

But then I read other comments of people that still can't get into it and I think I'm more like them...  So back on the fence I go.

It's that hard to sample episodes once in a while? It's only a half hour show after all! ;)

Everybody I know hated the movie. I had more fun seeing it than all three prequels combined. Go figure...

Where were you in '77?

Well, I don't have cable or dish anymore, so yeah- it's some effort to sample the show.

I thought the clone wars movie was better than the whole of the PT, but that's not saying much for me.

millenniumfalcon.com usually has links to recent episodes in their forum, including smaller non-HD versions, but you didn't hear that from me! ;)

Netflix?

That's how I caught the first six or so episodes.  I felt kinda meh about it, but supposedly it gets better.  Unfortunately I have 8,000 other things in my queue to watch...

I do have netflix (which I can't check from here).  It's not on streaming yet, is it?

I wish they would push the envelope in terms of animation and do what only can be done in animation and not live action film.

People say the other clone wars show was over the top, over the top is what animation is about not subtlety.

No one could ever accuse Lucas of being subtle.

His moniker is "Faster and More intense!".
