You had me for a couple minutes but I caught on and turned it off. It was kind of overshadowed by the adywan incident.

TV's do you remember an edit from SSWR back then with the date contest that everybody tried to win padme's heart?
Its a shot that anakin mentions about some palets to quigon before the sandstorm and he is ignoring him repeatedly. Do you think this joke may come to your edit?

I am doubly sad because not only do I miss SSWR's film's, I miss his ideas on here (I wish he had kept the clips up for us to see and to continue to inspire discussion and then came back once in a while once his personal problems were sorted out).
As I recall it was alone the lines of The Dating Game (or Blind Date over here) but I can't remember the exact gags.

It was a game with Qui gon Panaka jar jar and anakin who to win padme's heart.
Qui gon was trying to impress the queen with his knowledge telling her about the midchrorians during the tattoine journey while constantly answering negative to anakin.
In the sandstorm shot qui gon actualy phones panaka and says to him "there is always a bigger fish" and panaka have a beeep moment.
We had moments when qui gon touch padme and wins some points while he kills anakin during the podrace.
When the voting come closer we see that jar jar is the winner and padme kills quigon into one from the secret cameras.

The funny video that most stood out for me from SSWR was that 'Human Cyborg Relations' one where all Anakin's lines were replaced with Threepio ones.
Almost pissed myself seeing Anakin run at Dooku going "Oh, a battle!"
Still don't understand why he'd take them all down. I always used to refer to his videos while working on my edit. :-(

I've been watching the clips posted here and I gotta say that this is one edit I'm really looking forward to. Can't wait to see where it's going to end.

At any rate...
New clip time. This is an update of the Jedi on the Trade Fed ship at the beginning of the movie. It still needs work - I need to do something with the Obi/QG and Nute/Rune/Sid conversations. But I wanted you guys to hear the Protocol Droid's new voice. Video quality is lower due to the length of the clip.
