Darth Editous captured the 5.1 some time ago, but I don't have it all anymore. I personally have been working on my own conversion of these in my spare time, but they're nowhere near done nor do they have 5.1. Dark_Jedi's 97SE V2 uses the 5.1 and is synced to the broadcast versions. (which are superior to the LDs) That should be released sometime soon. Otherwise Lee Thorogood's 97SE set looks great but that's in PAL.

Not sure about bitperfect-they should be-DE's 5.1 files were AC3 but they were the full 384 kbp/s.
