DJ, you've done a lot of good for the OT over the years. Your tireless efforts have been a cornerstone of the community. You've showed patience, dedication and tireless resolve to get the job done and for that I thank you.

This particular release I regard to be your masterpice. I have just finished downloading all three and will continue to seed for the troops.

My comment was made in both haste and ignorance and I hope you'll accept my sincere apologies. Hopefully we can put that behind us and move on.

Thanks again for your efforts and congratulations on your masterpiece.

It might be my bad, I maybe didn't understand fully what you were saying, so it's cool.

I've had a couple colonoscopies, so I guess someone's jumped behind mine, in a manner of speaking.

Hey dark jedi, how do you feel about your thread on possibly the greatest theatrical cut of Star Wars ever being turned into an ass-related discussion/joke?

I've had my colon flushed so someone's been in there......LOL

Can I please snag an invite to myspleen if possible?

Also, any news on the release of the blu's?

I haven't burned the SW dvd to disc yet, but playing it off of USB on my DVD player, it looks great, though I can't seem to make my DVD player take advantage of the anamorphic aspect ratio (which works just fine if I play in on my PC).

Must be something to do with playing it from a USB drive.  It's not interpreting the anamorphic flag correctly for some reason.  The advance (burned) discs DJ sent out don't have this problem, so I'm guessing once you burn it to disc it'll be fine.

As far as footage goes, we've only seen 3PO mention Leia, but not actually encounter her. The very moment he walked in on her and R2, she jumped away behind a colon. I'm pretty sure someone as 'unimportant' as 3PO, at least on that particular consular ship, never got to see its consul. Therefore, he probably knew of the Princess, and her history, since it was common talk amongst the crew members, but never got to see her in person, which could perfectly explain why he did not know who the lady in the hologram was. Not to mention he got his memory wiped in ROTS.

I've long thought Threepio is "playing dumb" as he doesn't know where the political sympathies of his new owners lies just yet. He doesn't want to get blasted or melted down. He only loosens up a bit when Luke expresses an interest in the Rebellion and the battles witnessed. And we did see a droid being taken prisoner aboard the Tantive...

Why Leia hides from him is a bit of a mystery though. Maybe she just didn't want an easily to interrogate droid to know where the plans were hidden?

Nope, and how can Spleen be giving you trouble?

They are SO well seeded right now you would have them fast.

may sound silly but the whole page is upside down and hard to navigate.  i'm sure it's something simple.

April fools leftovers.  It's still useable.  I'm sure the MySpleen admins will straighten things out eventually.
