If this is a joke, I get the impression Mr. O'Five is in on it. His reaction to Adywan's behavior seemed a bit staged...
I saw nothing really that unreasonable about Ady's behavior, yet O'Five sided with Moth3r almost immediately and called Ady out for the way he was acting. Didn't seem very much like him.
