Shadows of the Empire has tons of easily accessible sounds on the PC version of the game. I don't have it any more, but somebody on here might. If I remember correctly they were pretty clean sounding.

I have just discovered through another editor that all of the clone wars DVD's put only sound effects and dialogue on the center channel. Which means one could easily pull sound effects from any episode without any music in the way. Just thought I'd mention it!

Dennis Lawson's lines in the Rogue Leader games sound very usable.
There are a number of Doctor Who Big Finish audios with Kenneth Colley in them I'll dig around and see if there is anything there that might be usable.
