Assuming this is the same Kill Bill project, and based on what ibs has said in other threads, I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's 23.976 with "hard" pulldown, whereas the other source was 23.976 with repeat field flags (explaining why he was able to get it to 23.976 so easily).
