This http://inuscreepystuff.blogspot.com/2010/09/majora.html is where it comes from. It's in that stage of memedom right where everybody is starting to talk about it. You can pretty much type in "BENDROWNED" or "You Shouldn't have done that" anywhere and be able to find it. 

It's a pretty neat read. I found it, because I got Majora's Mask on virtual console after not having played it for a decade (somebody stole it from me). So I've regained a Zelda addiction. I generally get Zelda crazy right before a Zelda game comes out.
