I think it's been a solid month since I've eaten beef. Completely replaced it with turkey. Switch 100% to whole grain. Whole grain: bread, buns, and pasta.
I rarely drink sodas (probably once a week). It's either water or coffee. Coupled with exercise, I've lost a considerable amount of weight, and plan to continue.
It's funny, I don't feel the cravings I used to feel on other diets. It just feels good and natural.
I am slimmer than I was at 15.
For dinner I will eat a small bowl of Turkey Chili.
