350GB likely won't be enough for a 1080p edit. I'd get a terabyte hard drive, preferably one that has a FireWire or eSATA connection (much faster than USB 2.0, which - in my experience - isn't fast enough for 1080p video editing). You can get away with USB 2.0, just don't be surprised if it stutters a lot for you.
