is there no way to keep kids whose parents refuse allow vaccinations separated from pre-vaccinated children? There has got to be a better solution than refusing medical aid to children. Again we seem to continue to forget that it is not the child's fault that the parent is refusing to allow vaccinations.

I don't agree with them, but some parents fear that the vaccinations can increase the chance of autism.
