For the podrace, I had the thought of having Sebulba win. Ani never gets his pod started and Sebulba finishes first (using the end of lap 1 with him waving to the crowd). I like this idea quite a bit, but it removes the option of more silliness during the race, plus a major plot point discrepancy is created. Maybe just as a bonus feature...
