As far as I know, "life-saving operations" aren't anywhere as dependent on "wealth" as, say, beauty surgeries and the like.

Actual "stem cell" therapies that are implemented on patients, rather than being the object of research and studies, to my knowledge, is mainly limited to bone marrow transplantation and the treatment of leukemia and the like - and since when do people only get treated for cancer when they're billionaires?!

What if he's diagnosed with Stage IV at some point in his life and there's simply NO TREATMENT FOR IT? Can he still live 100 years because, you know, billionaires with some meat on their bones generally do that?

What was stupid of you was bringing up this "topic" in that context in the first place, at all. Hey, maybe he makes it so that no one will have the right to release the OOT 70 years after his death, then none of this will matter anyway. I mean, why not? ;)
