After seeing it for myself (EpIV at least), I agree 100%. All my life, I always thought it was just that blurry because it was such an old movie :| I have a much easier time ignoring the occasional black dots and the random glue bits (which wouldn't be that hard to edit out if anyone really wanted to).

I'm really curious to see how the other two movies look pre-THX, since everyone agrees that the first movie got the worst of it.
