The one where Mace pulls a droid army to pieces with the Force was a laugh but it does make the Clone Troopers seem largely redundant (if he can do that killing Grevious would be a doddle).
i second that. i must admit though, because the old and new clone wars series are essentially a bunch of cartoons, there is much more flexibility for storytelling, and even the jarjar bits seem to have some ludicrous charm. which i prefer in this context.
perhaps if GL had concieved the animated series idea earlier he could have vented certain characters and topics there enstead of the films.
