Yeah, pretty much every currently in-print version of the trilogy features what we refer to as the GOUT (George's Original Unaltered Trilogy) as a bonus disc.  These are laserdisc ports and non anamorphic (because that's the kind of respect George gives the movies that made him and his company a phenomenon), so they don't look especially wonderful, but they are as close to the originals as you're probably going to see any time soon.  Aside from the sub-par picture quality, I guess the biggest purist complaint you can have is that the sound mixes are from 1993, but it's not a drastic change.  Other than that, it's certainly watchable.  The original film even has its title crawl without the later-added "Episode IV:  A New Hope" garbage.

Anyway, stay clear of the silver and gold boxes or the slightly smaller box that has the original movie poster art (with Luke holding his lightsaber towards the heavens and Leia clinging to his leg).  Instead, if you see them individually packaged, go for the ones that say "Limited Edition" in the bar on top with the cover art being photographic recreations of classic poster art (with the actual poster art on the back) or the new slimline boxset.  Both of those releases will have the GOUT as a bonus disc.
