Laserman probably wanted the raw capture to somehow make its way out and be released. He may have seen how it was not being released by the X0 team and wanted to intercede (possibly a final wish). He probably didn't want to offend the team and decided to try to release it through Moth3r. Although, with the recent posts on the X0 thread, it seems that the raw capture probably will be released and Laserman's wish fulfilled. Note that this is just me speculating... it's possible Laserman might have entirely different motives.
