Belbucus did a score/dialogue soundtrack for SW. It's basically an isolated score, but in scenes with no music he added the dialogue and effects back in so that the audio wouldn't be totally silent during those parts.

He also gave the cantina music a treatment to make it sound more like a live band, IIRC.
