Doctor Who fans will like the title it's sounds rather like what the Daleks and the Draconians like to call him.

The Evil Invader has a suitably Flash Gordon sounding hyperbole but it's also a pun, arguably Palpatine is the 'evil in Vader' so the title is prescient.

A lot of editors give their work a fancy title but the OT titles Star Wars were very simple and lacked much in the way of poetry.

They were built around evoking the memory of Buster Crabbe and Crash Corrigan.

The Phantom Menace is the one PT title I don't have a problem with.
