Need help with a video_ts folder

So, I downloaded a torrent that has a video_ts folder. I'm on a mac and I've always used a program called DVD Imager to make a Disk Image from the video_ts folder, it has always worked like a charm, except with this folder I downloaded.

Any idea what could be wrong? Does anyone know of other methods to convert the video_ts folder on a mac? Also on the torrent are two files one is a md5 and the other is a sfv. Could that be the problem? Do I have to do anything with those?

I always use Roxio Toast to burn the VIDEO_TS folder to a DVD.  You can also use it to save images, but they're .toast images, not .iso images.
