I really do wonder about what that is supposed to mean, but as far as my own instict, I don't think GL would do something like that with Leia and it being Bail's wife, that is getting WAY too technical, past any comparison to midi-chlorians, it would ruin the emotion, intent, and answer to Luke's very specific question, "Do you remember your mother, your real mother?" Obviously, Padme is Leia's real mother and I don't even think a village idiot would try something different from that. I could be wrong though, but that is my take on it.
