I didn't mind the Imperial March, yes I noticed it but that was more down to extreme familiarity with all prior versions without it.

It makes sense after the fact that it should be there (if you catch my drift).

In an SE reworking it fits perfectly.

The Emperor's Theme not so much.

It reminds us that olde pruney is still out there and doing naughty things (closing the doors on the Senate) but it doesn't fit what we see on screen (Tarkin is too secular a villain to have that mystically evil music heralding his entrance).
