I just recently got my hands on the Lucasfilm Pwnage Edition of Star Wars and was very happy. But I can’t seem to find anybody who’s done a similar job to Empire or Jedi. I’m not looking for a reconstruction. Just a DVD 5 with the letterbox cropped and the disk re-authored. Does anybody have any clues?

Alternatively, you could always look into Adywan's ESB recreation and Harmy's ROTJ recreation. Though be warned, these are recreations and not a strict conversion of the GOUT. Furthermore, if you are really eager to have anamorphic GOUTs then you can easily convert it yourself with DVD Rebuilder and still keep the original menus and audio tracks.

The reason why it's called Dark Jedi's "V3" is that V1 and V2 have been out and available for quite some time. Though everything I've seen tells me V3 will be substantially better than V1/V2.
I'll second the recommendation for Ady's ESB and Harmy's ROTJ reconstructions.
