Lazy Sluggo, was Lazy.
Forget you guys! I'm taking my baseball and going home.

Whoah... hey... only 1 x guy to a forum methinks... It's not too late to change your handle to "TV's Xizor" you know...
IT'S MY TRILOGY, AND I WANT IT NOW!
"[George Lucas] rebooted the franchise in 1997 without telling anyone." -skyjedi2005
"Yeah, well, George says a lot of things..." a young 1997 xhonzi on RASSM
"They're my movies." -George Lucas. 19 people won oscars for their work on Star Wars (1977) and George Lucas wasn't one of them.
But that would break the only 1 TV's guy rule.
I must say my memory is very rusty, but I'm pretty sure I lurked here before 2006 but probably not before 2004 (I really wish there was a way to find out but I logged in at the time as Harmy, then I stopped coming here for a while and I forgot my password, so when I remembered this site later, I made a new account as Lord__Vader, a name I was using at another forum, and then when I started doing some projects of my own, I asked Jay to change my forum name back to my preferred nick Harmy, so there's hardly a way to find out when I first posted).
The way I found out about this was, when I was looking for the original original trilogy on the internet and mr. GOOGLE led me to this place :-)
One forum to rule them all... hang on wrong trilogy!

I was hoping to see when I signed the petition. Curious Sluggo, was Curious.
I am contractually obliged to openly declare that the noble Prince Xizor, who I welcome whole heartedly is yet another alternate persona of mine.
I hope you enjoy posting on here as much as you have enjoyed reading here.

Isn't everyone?
It's considered unhealthy to talk to yourself, Bob.

Perhaps but the conversation can be so stimulating.

Thank you! All I had to do was spend a couple of hours setting up a proxy ;)

Hours well spent as I recall.

Post count alone should never be a measure of rank or respect or whathaveyou, IMO.
Hear, hear. Ditto for length of membership. As I've said elsewhere, it's actual behavior that's important on the internet. Not postcount, RL circumstances, having "quite an online presence," etc.
One exception: If you half-complete several projects before deleting them all, and delete your own account, then come back under a new account and just beg for it to be deleted too, and all the hate against you is members-club driven...
What is worse JediTray deleting whole posts and threads or Lucas deleting the oot from existence and trying to rewrite cinematic history. I would say Lucas is far worse.
“Always loved Vader’s wordless self sacrifice. Another shitty, clueless, revision like Greedo and young Anakin’s ghost. What a fucking shame.” -Simon Pegg.
Number 27 in the "Say It With Hats" series :
This forum was basically forged as a movement against the evil empire and the members the Rebels. Too bad unlike in star wars the rebellion is not going to win. The Emperor is far too powerful and influential and gets his own way always.
I mean the dreaded Grey Bearded Emperor who is more concerned with selling plastic toys than making good films.

And hats :
Nice hats.

Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming… Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.
How many wookiees died to bring us those hats?
I found my old petition signature. I didn't think I did it that early.

Can you, please, post a link to the petition?
Oh, you guys'll love this. I was going through the old petition and discovered that our mutual friend JediTray signed it. His signature is number 4641. His comment is as follows:
Sign my petition as well! http://www.petitiononline.com/jeditray/
So, I checked out the link, and here's the message I got:
deactivated due to inactivity
In short, JediTray's petition has been Cancelled. Granted, this particular cancellation was cancellation by default, but still...I found it a little humorous...
EDIT: Sorry, Harmy, I didn't see your post. The petition can be found here: http://www.petitiononline.com/OTondvd/petition.html

He deleted his petition ?, wow wait until professor Fink sees that. He will never let that one slide.

How did that petition system work? I didn't sign either the old one or the new one, but I think it is too late for me to sign the new one because the blu-rays have already officially been announced by George Lucas not to include the originals. Should I sign it anyways in case they decide to come out with the version later?
