If the shield generator is on Abaddon/Corusant, maybe shots of the Van Allen Belt machine from HIGHLANDER 2 could be used in place of or along side the giant dish array shots. Hell, even the shot of the Van Allen "shield" coming down after the machine is destroyed by Conner could be used to show Abaddon/Corusant's planetary defences being destroyed.
