I think that's just a matter of the 2004 colouring of the whole scene, not a recolouring of the hologram itself, when you look at it, it is quite apparent, that the original shot has an over-all blue cast, whereas the 2004 shot has an over-all red cast, so if the scan-lines are different in the 97SE, I think it's pretty safe to assume it's a 97 change regardless of the colour of the hologram.
