It's one or two frames, that doesn't make it out of sync. And there are two aditional frame, one is missing so in the end, you end up with one frame difference. When I was editing, I'm sure a few frames were lost in the process anyway, I don't think it's a big deal. Could you actually tell when the audio is one frame out of sync? Because I definitely couldn't.
