Re-reading his posts you are right, though he does cut that with a dose of non-committal language (lots of I don't thinks and don't believes) but not a shred of actual evidence beyond here say.

His line offering a guarantee is however a clincher.

Until Dave confesses to a deception or reliable evidence is provided that he is lying it's just as much a matter of trust as it was many pages back.

The documentation issue is therefore not to clear Dave of deception but to get access to the funds he needs.

The personal politics of a small group of people on here shouldn't be a distraction from that aim because if Shawn and Warb are not correct in their assumptions it could lead to irreparable consequences of the most serious kind.
