It looks great Lexx.  That is my favourite painting on the DVD menu I created yesterday. I will try to upload the covers for BE and RTJ for guidance. Probably not until monday though as I am doing paid work all weekend.

I'd still like to get the Miami Film Festival version of BE sometime. Can someone help me out? I'm open to trading too. I have a huge collection of Star Wars stuff. (minus "Feel the Force"... :p)

I have an NTSC version of BE, how can I tell if it's the Miami underground version? A time point comparison someone please?

The Miami version has a different and very basic menu saying Miami Underground FIlm Festival Version on it. The 20th Century fox logo has also been replaced by a Jambe Davdar 20th Century Fox style logo.

Well I have sent out a pre-QC version of SWB to my QC team (you know who you are).

I am away for a while so I look forward to hearing their thoughts on my return.

'Feel the Force' is on it's way, so I will work on integrating those few short shots in on my return along with Ripplin's crawl.  The DVD menu video is made and the trailer for the DVD Special Features is done.

I think, providing there are no amazing discoveries between now and mid December, I should think they you will all be receiving a gift from me this Christmas.

Wow, excellent work! I love the uncluttered look that using those paintings gives them.

I'm inspired. Not to make my own, I don't have that talent or expertise, but the workmanship makes me wonder what covers I'm using now.

JD, you really should consider ditching your Mac and getting a PC instead. Us Windows users have a handy "Print Screen" button, so you'll never have to take a photograph of your monitor again!

Yeah, us poor Mac folk have to make due with Save Screen to file, save region to file or save window (w. dropshadow) to file :(

Ha! You learn something new every day. I won't take my 'print screen' button for granted now. :p

(I do remember thinking 'wow, that's handy!' the first time I learned what it did)

Sorry you guys didn't get the expected gift this Christmas. I am just waiting on my QC team to get back to me.  They received the second half to look over around the holiday time, so it was too late for me to expect them to reply and get everything else done before the end of 2011.

Next week I will have a few hours to work on it and hope to have it done by end of Feb 2011.  I am still wondering about the name and if it works.

I was wondering whether to rename it 'Starting WARS', with 'Wars' in the Star Wars font. Hmm, maybe not.

Just before Christmas I got a lot done filling in those dead spots and integrating more bits and bobs. I am pretty please with it and I really hope you like it too.
