No, TVs use YPbPr, a variation of YUV.
As long as you make sure your monitor is calibrated to 601 SMPTE bars (16=black, 235=white, as opposed to computer RGB which is 0=black, 255=white), you shouldn't have a problem when coloring video on a computer.
Of course, it helps if you're using an external, SMPTE-bar-calibrated YPbPr monitor to view your color work.
