Short answer: None of them.

The only non-SE mix that has "Close the blast doors!" is the 1977 mono mix, which also features Threepio's tractor beam line, but has the alternate Beru dub (the only mix that has this).

The 1977 stereo, 1977 six-track 70mm, and 1993 stereo mixes feature the more common Beru voice, but don't include Threepio's tractor beam line or "Close the blast doors!"

The 1985 remix features Threepio's tractor beam line and the more common Beru voice, but does not feature "Close the blast doors!"

So the only mixes that have all three (more common Beru dub, tractor beam line, and "Close the blast doors!") are the 1997 SE and 2004 SE mixes.

So the best you can do is two out of three.  The tractor beam line is easy, that's present in two mixes (1977 mono and 1985 stereo), but you'll have to chose between the other two.  It depends on what you want more - the more common Beru voice (in which case you want the 1985 remix), or "Close the blast doors!" (in which case you want the 1977 mono mix).

Regardless, you'll get to listen to all of them and decide which you prefer when this set is released!
