Well, I am admittedly much younger than most people on this site, but Star Wars has been and is really fun for me. Maybe because I never got into anything other than the movies. I've never read any novels, comic books, etc. Just books that go along with the movies, like the Annotated Scripts and novelizations.

TPM came out when I was in 6th grade, and I loved it at first. Now, I just watch the OT. I can't even remember the last time I saw any of the PT.

So my suggestion is to take it back down to basics. Forget anything else and just go back to the movies. They are fun all on their own without needing to expand on any of them. Just sit back and enjoy the movies! :D
