This used to be a comixed image of Ackbar deciding not to tell Justin Bieber the "free candy" fan is a trap. It was in poor taste, especially given my objections to the phrase "raped my childhood," so I deleted it. My apologies.
Animal cruelty is fun right?
And Frink, you object to the 'r.... my childhood' phrase, but it's ok to make a joke of implied rape with Justin Bieber?

I was under the misconception that Lucas was a good writer and director, when the star wars prequels proved that childhood ignorance to be incorrect. Now i understand what people mean when they say "Luca$ the hack strikes again!"

Fair enough.
TV's Frink's done a JediTray.
Deleting things like this doesn't help. If you've really changed your mind on these jokes, you can resize the image so they're very small and write an explanation why they were in poor taste.
There's a reason why it's called implied. If you carried out everything action you saw or read, you'd have chopped off your dad's hand by now.
You're the only person I've seen who says things like that. ;-)skyjedi2005 said:

Arrgh.
Aren't you people ever satisfied? ;-)
The two animal gifs are restored as suggested. I can't find the Bieber one for some reason, so I've just put an explanation in instead.
Again, sorry for posting those.
Ok, back on-topic, with something I think we can all agree on.

*scratching head*
Is that a childhood misconception?
No clearly I was remembering correctly all along, and finally I found photographic evidence of the original cut of Star Wars where a sneezing cat destroys the Death Star. I understand people are upset that there is no high quality version of the pre-SE Star Wars, but few to none are worrying about the almost complete supression of the original Sneezing Cat version.. Why all the silence? Am I the only one to want this Original Original Original Version properly restored??

Ok, well done then. I thought I remembered seeing that sequence once, but since THE MEMORY CHEATS, I just assumed I made it up.
:-(
Ackbar lost.

Not that that is going to stop you from dreaming… Only in this case, Gaffer is actually a guy.

I'm sure there were more, but one I remember at the moment is not actually a misconception I had, but a childhood friend that went with me on at least one of my multiple viewings of ROTJ at the cinema. He actually believed that what he saw was the remains of the original Death Star, and that half of it was blown away. I set him straight of course, and reminded him of what the crawl said about it being a new station, but for a moment, that kid's mind had already assembled that thought.

Yep. That's what I assumed for at least a few years.
