I once recorded THX from national TV (it must have been around 1999, that's when I first saw it) and I vaguely remember the narration at the beginning however my memory may be very much influenced by this video file I had years later. I'm tempted to look for a THX on VHS here in Italy just to check that the video release was or was not the same.

(I have already check the local libraries network but unfortunately they don't have it, some other cities do but they wouldn't send it so far, the VHS is not on ebay Italy either... the only option left is carboot sales!)
