Due to the silliness in a previous thread I see that there’s no way that I can word this without people with nothing better to do picking it apart and turning it into a circus so I’ll just say it as simply as I can:

I’m interested in meeting and chatting with SW preservationists who may be at Comic-Con on Saturday the 9th.

I’ve never had the opportunity to do any preservation work before now and therefore didn’t spend a lot of time on these boards, so I don’t have thousands of posts and have no credentials to show anyone (not like any standard for such credentials even exists). If there is anyone here who is serious about preserving the OUT and is also mature enough to not ask to see my Star Wars Preservation University diploma before you chat with me for 5 minutes while we grab a bite at the concession at Comic-Con, and who can look at it in a “All I have to lose is 5 minutes talking with a fellow SW fan” perspective then let’s meet up. So, honestly, people we’re all adults and we all want the same thing (preservation of the OUT). If you want to meet and talk with fellow fans who are also interested in preservation then let’s either make arrangements to meet there (if you are already planning to attend) or not. But let’s skip the asinine comments this time around. PM me if you’ll be at the con.
