I can certainly understand the advice of only showing the theatrical versions of the OT.  But I would never show the theatrical or DVD* versions of the PT.

I'd show the theatrical cut of TPM over the DVD cut any day.

And I'd show a fanedit of TPM over the theatrical any day.
