My point exactly. The purist version (if I understand rightly) already has the improved rotoscoping, re-editing, etc. All that's different is the music. Ergo, you wouldn't have to worry about syncing the purist audio to the revisited video at all; it would simply be a matter of replacing the audio as well as the video from Revisited with the equivalent audio and video from Purist. At least in theory, it's a remarkably simple edit...assuming you can live with the loss of the additional slow-motion at Obi-Wan's death (which I assume isn't a big priority, right?).
As far as helping out...sorry, but I'm really not the best person to ask. My current internet connection is spotty at best, and undertaking this project would involve, in addition to the actual editing, downloading the Purist DVD (which I don't currently have, since I've always been satisfied with Revisited) and then uploading the finished project. If you've currently got both versions of Revisited, you would probably be able to learn the necessary skills and do the edit yourself before I had even finished downloading the purist DVD to begin with! But, if you're interested in trying this edit and need any pointers along the way, feel free to shoot me a PM. :)
