And Bingo is right. Remember the discussion about putting the final duel on board the federation ship? You could even put all the Kenobi/Jinn slice and dicing of droids into the spot just before the duel begins. maybe they fight their way to a door, it opens, and there is Maul....waiting.

Maybe the jedi are fighting to the bridge to shut down the droid army? maybe they're fighting to the hangar/generator room to sabotage the power generator for the droid army.
