I can dig out my copies and take some screencaps if you want. Besides the first three films, they only got as far as releasing TSWLM and Moonraker before starting over with the SE's. Some people were asking crazy prices for a while.
Moonraker is the only bona fide DVD rotter I've encountered. The disc began to look discolored several years ago, and simply won't play at all!
