Harmy: 65mm and 70mm are the same thing (65mm is the film negative, release prints are 70mm).

And the 2004 SEs were scanned and had the new effects done at 1080p, so they're locked there for now.

Phantom Menace I think was a 2K DI, so the max resolution for that is 2K.

Clones and Sith, as has been mentioned, were shot at 1080p, so that's their max resolution (technically 1920x800, not full 1080p, since they're 2.39:1 films).

The OUT, being shot and conformed on 35mm film, could go up to 4K, but any higher is probably unnecessary.

The 1997 SE was, like TPM, a 2K DI (I think), so 2K is probably the max for the '97 SEs.
