Yes, but if you look at ROTJ all the skin grafting has gone from Anakin's head. In fact, apart from the scar at the top of the head and on his cheek his skin is perfect and not like the Vader we see in ESB. He certainly doesn't look like a guy who's been burned to a crisp and had loads of skin grafts to me
