I think most of that is due to so many lurkers coming out of the woodwork for Ady and sticking around. Most of the creative types are still here, they are just greatly outnumbered by the rest of us. Sure, we could stand to be little more focused on fan editing/preservations, but most of that work is being done already, and the rest of us who like to be on the boards have found other ways to entertain ourselves when we don't have the tools/talent to contribute to the projects.
