OK. Lots to reply to here.

First off, let me just point out that Anakin's saber in ROTS is actually slightly different from Luke's in ANH. (Thanks for the continuity, Lucas!) If you're looking to insert a shot of the saber somewhere, it would be better to use a pic of the ROTS one done by Master Replicas. Although Luke's ANH saber could be used in a pinch.

I wonder if the Saber given to Luke really needs to be his fathers? Does it change anything?

I suppose it doesn't have to be his father's. But for me that's taking something special out of the movie. I'd much rather you find a way to have Obi Wan find the blue saber somewhere. (And I'm not a big fan of the concept of sabers changing color depending on the force user. Sith eyes are bad enough, we don't need Sith sabers too!)

Ill be watching the scene of Anakin talking to padme before he heads out to Mustafar. Maybe a "hold this for me until I return" shot of him handing her the saber can be worked out.

If it can be done, Ill move onto Obi talking to Padme looking for a good way to have Obi get ahold of it. Maybe she has it in here lap and she's thinking about Anakin toward the end of that scene. After Obi cuts out she looks down again, and the saber is gone. Obi (the sneaky) wan

That's not bad. I guess I could live with that. But I have to save I'm very partial to my idea of Anakin using 2 sabers when he tries to jump over Obi-Wan, with Obi Wan then retrieving the blue one. What did you think of that idea? Do you think it's technically possible?

Bob, notice Obi has two sabers as he goes aboard the ship.  One holstered, the other in his hand.  Don't know if that has already been addressed.

Really? I've never noticed that. To be honest, how can you see? He's such a small blur when he hops on Padme's ship.

one more thing - is the grevious fight at the beginning necessary...cant we just have the killing of Dookoo and kept the grevious fight for Obi wan later in the film....just a thought

thanks for listening

Welcome, hillbilly! I agree that the Grievous fight is unnecessary. TheCutter is also working on an edit of Episode III where he totally removes that fight. I highly recommend you check out his clip of that.
