This is an interesting concept. I agree that a closeup of some kind would help make clear what this is. With a good closeup, I don't think it's necessary to even have the saber ignite. Would it be that hard to have someone place a Vader saber in a red illuminated box and shoot a small movie of it?

I admit I haven't been following this thread as much as I should, so forgive my question if it's redundant. But how does Obi Wan get Anakin's blue saber if he's using his red one in the final battle?
