I have a (homemade!) HD Antenna and we record a few shows off of it to the PC, and then stream the shows to the Xbox or PS3 to watch. We backfill with Hulu and Netflix as needed. I've even been known to replace a show we should have recorded with someone else's capture.
Does that get me any cool points? I'm not paying for TV and it's never live.
